Dicki’s began with Choy and his three sisters, brought together by a shared belief that good food should never come at the cost of animal cruelty. What started as a family-run vegan café became a place built on purpose, creativity and seriously good cooking.

Over time, his sisters moved on to new chapters, leaving Choy to carry Dicki’s forward on his own. But the heart of the café stayed the same. Choy still cooks with the same passion. At Dicki’s, every dish proves that food can be kind, comforting and packed with flavour.
